We are looking to make it easier for members to use the product, make interactions more engaging, and reinforce trust by expanding the ways we support members and increasing their access to us when they need help.
We believe we can drive more engagement with experience-driven updates. Examples include a more streamlined and easier account creation process, easier family member management for family plan holders, a more personalized approach to guide and educate members on how the product works and how to engage with it, easier booking and communication with our restoration specialists and high-touch training sessions with experts on key topics such as elder fraud that members can book.
