ASHCare Digital MSK Platform is a digital only well-being and education program. The AI-Enabled Guided Self-Care Plan is available alongside ASHCare Virtual PT & Rehabilitation or health plan may offer as a standalone program. ASHCare digital AI module provides a guided self-care experience that supports physical fitness, minor MSK complaints, and strength/mobility improvement as well as prevention of physical injuries. ASHCare Digital MSK Platform provides a “best-in-class” digital program utilizing the best technology available to enhance health improvement, cost effectiveness, member experience and engagement. The module is very easy for the member to engage and utilize. It helps support regular exercise habit development, action plan engagement, and includes a messaging feature to drive program adherence. Little nudges and encouragement are provided to the member along the way to sustain participant activity.
