1) Identifying what you want - both short and long term goals in all areas of your life
2) Developing MAPs – Multiple Action Plans – to reach those goals
3) Implementing those plans while changing the behaviors and habits that have held you back in the past

1) Weekly face-to-face sessions (via video)
2) The use of an app to keep your goals and intentions organized and front of mind
3) Ongoing communication through texts or emails with your coach
