Is to produce the highest level and quality of employee benefit services possible, while assisting our Employer groups in maximizing their Employee Benefit Plans on a cost effective basis. When reviewing a client’s employee benefit package, we specialize in the design and implementation of Section 105, Section 125 and HSA plan options while providing one point of contact to an Employer’s HR, as well as employees for all administrative services. While Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC) can initially be confusing to employees because of the necessity of employee involvement, BDS is dedicated to assisting employees in this transition.
Company History:
BDS began offering HR assistance and Cafeteria plan administrative services in 1993, then soon evolved into expanding their administrative services by offering COBRA, HRA and HSA services to clients. In 2003, BDS began to see convincing rate variances in higher deductible medical products and was the innovator of the MERP concept with CDHC plans in Central PA. BDS currently administers over 300 employer clients with the MERP Plan, HRA, COBRA, FSA and HSA plans.
