So, we knew there had to be a better way to inspire and drive people.
In time, we came to realize it all came down to a question of motivation and alignment. If an employee was excited by the work they were doing, they would be motivated to do their best work – contributing more, collaborating more, more invested in their own growth and development. And the best way to motivate employees? Align them to the larger goals of the organization.
