Cleveland Clinic Coaching includes 15 one-on-one coaching programs covering the full spectrum of health and well-being, from physical health to emotional health and chronic condition management. While participants enroll in one coaching program at a time, coaches assess the full picture of a person's health to build a personalized plan, which may include focusing on a few different health goals throughout the program's duration. Participants find it easy to connect with their dedicated Cleveland Clinic health coach over email, which leads to more frequent touchpoints, greater accountability and better results than telephonic or in-person modalities.
We also provide additional coaching wrap-around services through the Cleveland Clinic, including a One-Time Consult and Unlimited Ask A Coach.
Coaches at Cleveland Clinic have varying backgrounds, specialties and advanced degrees to serve participants, including registered dietitians, exercise psychologists, licensed counselors, health education and other fitness and health specialists. All coaches are trained in behavior modification and have certificates of training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
