• Unrivaled choice of vetted caregivers: Employees have access to the largest network of in-home caregivers and child care centers. All our partners must pass industry-leading vetting standards to be a part of our network, so your employees can have confidence that their loved ones are in good hands.
• Personal Network reimbursement: Employees also have the freedom to use Personal Network backup care that allows them to get reimbursed for child or adult care delivered outside of the Care network. With Personal Network, employees can use one of their go-to caregivers, centers, pet sitters, or camps and get reimbursed for the cost of care, less their co-pay, up to a daily limit. If employees don't have their own go-to caregiver, they can use Care Membership and the Sitter on Standby and Instant Book features to find a caregiver that they can use for Personal Network.
