Center of Infectious Disease Excellence

The Center is located next to River Oaks Hospital near Lakeland Drive in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Smith has been providing specialized infectious disease prevention,care and treatment for corporations, hospitals, individuals and families for over 30 years. He also serves as a consultant to hospitals and institutions across the country. Dr. Smith currently serves as Hospital Epidemiologist for River Oaks and Woman’s Hospital. He also serves as a Clinical Professor of Medicine at The University of Mississippi School of Medicine.
