The Corporate Relocation Council (CRC) started in the late 1970’s as a series of informal luncheons. Because of high interest rates and associated real estate issues, Hugh Dermody, a real estate professional, decided to start inviting corporate relocation professionals to lunch in order to address the issues of the day.
