With just a phone call, email, or text, employees are connected to a Crosswinds scheduling representative that will connect them directly to a Crosswinds counselor. We want to remove any barriers that prevent an organization’s employees from getting the support they need to be the best version of themselves.

Crosswinds Counseling is better than the traditional Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Crosswinds will connect your employees directly to a counselor, instead of providing them with a list of more people to call. Crosswinds Corporate Counseling works to develop relationships with each of our Corporate Partners. Each organization has their own account manager who is available to answer questions and provide support throughout the duration of our partnership.
