American TelePhysicians launched CURA4U in 2019, a healthcare ecosystem portal for the US market. This was followed by SmartClinix, a complete Telemedicine Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and practice solution for the global market. During the COVID-19 pandemic, SmartClinix helped physicians provide remote care to hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide. In 2020, American TelePhysicians initiated their specialty care ecosystems, starting with NeuroX. This platform offers neurology and stroke services in clinical settings and other specialties.

As of 2021, American TelePhysicians are a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals stakeholder.
