Overall your employees are fantastic when I do work with them. I do appreciate how responsive iSolved is on any website connectivity/troubles/slowness, etc that may be happening to the system. I also like how you provide us client/partner communications to distribute if needed. It's great you take ownership of the issue that may be occuring.

Technology - the product does not feel as technologically advanced to the levels that I think would be appropriate for such a company.
Flexibility - this product is woefully inflexible for the amount of agility a company in our sector needs to succeed.
Support - multiple instances of support giving us workarounds for bugs that simply do not work. Glacial pace on any reasonable update schedule.

I wish it were easier for me to make enhancement requests. And there just isn't a lot of trust I have that my enhancement request would even be heeded. Feels like each time I have heard an isolved staff member mention them its has been coupled with "well, our team is very busy, and we try to make changes that a lot of different people want and are asking for." So not only do I have no idea how to actually submit an enhancement request, it feels like my voice wouldn't be heard if I did.
