Our platform offers a confidential space for neurodivergent and disabled employees to self-disclose and access resources, including expert-led virtual coaching on topics like executive functioning skills and career advancement. Managers are empowered with tools to foster an inclusive work environment through on-demand training and 1:1 coaching covering subjects like leading with inclusion and strength-based goal setting. Caregivers have a personalized Navigator to navigate community resources, government services, and in-home care.
