An invaluable partner for our clients and our growth

I think that overall, MediKeeper is a good product. I do think there is room for improvement. One thing that specifically comes to mind is the "onboarding" process. I had many issues incorporating our existing wellness program into MediKeeper. From what I have heard, our wellness program is not like other company's programs. Our program is more intricate because of the way we pay out incentives, and the different ways participants can earn incentives. I believe if our program had been reviewed in detail by MediKeeper beforehand to ensure it could be built out in MediKeeper the way the program was designed, we could have identified some of the issues and had a smoother experience with the setup. However, I was not a part of the project until after setup had already begun, so I cannot speak about what the "onboarding" process was like.
