Mercury xRM was established in 2014 by CEO Chris Kendrick and colleagues at a recruitment and technology company.

Chris completed a management buy-out of Mercury xRM in 2016 and a new direction was set. Since then Mercury xRM has gone from strength to strength, starting as a 4-employee work force to now employing over 40 members of staff within the UK, US and Australia.

Mercury xRM is online recruitment software that helps the world’s recruiters place candidates and fill more vacancies sooner. Taking our recruitment industry know-how, we continue to develop a radically more effective way of working that delivers a rapid sales process, plus a superior candidate and client experience.
