I think there are some opportunities around off cycle (non-medical) enrollments. With the Nayya experience so heavily tied to the medical, there's a lot of cases that are being left out due to them being off cycle enrollments.
I'd also like to see a revamped examples page where it does a comparison of one medical plan vs medical/CI in different scenarios... I think this can be cleaner and easier to read.
The ability to completely remove questions geared towards products not being offered.
Better understanding of some of the data collection and how that plays into the recommendations.
More case data on recommendations and how that played out in the actual enrollment(I'm sure that's hard for non-integrated carriers, but thinking with Ease/Flock/ADP there may be some more data now).
