Onduo for Type 2 Diabetes provides state-of-the-art connected diabetes monitoring and management technology, along with engagement strategies powered by our analytics programs, to provide personalized support from health coaches and certified diabetes educators, and access to telemedicine delivered by board-certified endocrinologists—access that is often scarce or unavailable in more traditional health care delivery settings. In matching the right level of care to the right individual, we may provide more intensive support for high-risk members, including the use of continuous glucose monitoring which allows them to see the impact of food, activity and medicine on their blood glucose, and work with their coaches to make lifestyle changes based on these insights. This additional level of intervention has proven very successful in helping drive A1C reduction in members using CGM, with a study demonstrating that use of the CGM helped participants improve their diabetes control even when not wearing the device. And Onduo members in this CGM cohort report very high levels of satisfaction with the program; giving us an 88 net promoter score.
