Our support system for expecting parents includes career coaching for employees and recurring training for their managers to support critical pre-leave planning and re-onboarding activities. They receive personalized toolkits specific to their role, function, industry and management responsibilities. The toolkit reinforces key concepts, includes a library of resources to save time in the planning process and sends reminders that integrate with employees’ workflows to keep them on track towards key milestones.
Managers are also supported via manager training and a manager-facing online toolkit. This focuses on building an understanding of the parental leave journey and explicit, tactical steps managers need to take before, during and after a direct report takes parental leave. All manager participants receive a manager toolkit that provides all of the templates, conversation guides & instructions needed to execute on everything they learned.
