Preventive Health Partners is a medical provider specializing in onsite preventive health services including vaccinations, CheckUps (with a doctor), health coaching and CloudMedic, an innovative COVID screening program.
Preventive Health Partners is led by Dr. Scott Morcott, MD FAAFP. He served as a US Navy Flight Surgeon with the United States Marine Corps, then operated a private medical practice before starting Passport Health IL/WI and joining PathFinder Health as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Morcott believes that a preventive approach is the key to successful long term outcomes.
