Dr. Martin Raffaele

Dr. Martin Raffaele is a thoughtful leader and a go-to person for diversity and inclusion. He has been on the Steering Committee of the Disability at Work Network (DAWN) at the University of Sydney since 2019.

On the business side, he uses both research and his experiences to help businesses be more diverse and inclusive by creating programs for hiring and retaining employees that have experienced disabilities, starting with neurological disabilities.
