Melanie Trogolo is a Senior Associate Attorney at the firm’s Miami Office. Her practice focuses on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and transactional matters.

 

As the daughter of an attorney and a successful businessman, Melanie always had an interest in the law and an appreciation for business. Throughout her career, Melanie has garnered extensive experience in representing businesses and individuals in hundreds of civil matters. Melanie truly enjoys getting to know her clients’ businesses in order to fortify their corporate structure and assist them in efficiently avoiding and resolving legal disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Melanie gained extensive experience in the practice of criminal law. She has combined her extensive knowledge of criminal law and specialty finance to help those facing white crime matters. Having practiced in both state and federal courts, she is familiar with the entire process, from helping with a grand jury investigation to jury trials. She has helped thousands of clients and was the recipient of the Best Advocate Award.

 

Ms. Trogolo has worked simple DUI cases all the way through manslaughter and assisted in negotiation term of years for those facing murder charges. She is familiar with proper mitigation packages and what the State or Government are seeking in order to bargain for favorable sentences. Ms. Trogolo has represented over 3,000 clients with thousands of successful dismissals and plea bargains. She is truly passionate about helping her clients in and out of court and is true believer in holding the State and Government to their burden of proof and their obligation to complete a legal and thorough investigation. She is looking forward to taking the firm’s white-collar practice to a national level and continue fighting for her clients.
