Stork Club's care navigation team works with members on an individual basis to identify top-quality adoption/surrogacy agencies which are a good fit for them and their unique goals. Stork Club maintains a proprietary preferred providers list.

Here are the services that are included with our adoption and surrogacy offering:

- 1:1 Care Navigation: Each member is assigned a Care Navigator who proactively reaches out to guide them through the process and explain their coverage.
- Tailored Content: Articles related to the adoption process, adoption tax credits, and more.
- Suggested Telehealth Calls: Speak with a mental health coach.
- Understand and Use Reimbursement Coverage: Members can read explanations of coverage on the Stork Club platform.
- Secure Reimbursement Submission: Members can submit receipts for qualified adoption expenses on the Stork Club platform and will be notified once they are approved.
- Network: The list of preferred providers.

Our preferred adoption and surrogacy agency list is quite extensive and is routinely updated but our service operations team ensures that all the information we give to members is up to date and accurate.
