They offer a great habit tracker and wellness coaching that is effective! I have personally gained better and more sleep, After receiving coaching and going through a 12 week program with Treo Wellness, I am conscious of and aim to eat more fruits and vegetables daily. I also drink enough water, and more water each day, than I did in the past. These were my personal goals, but I know that many of our employees have benefited from all areas of wellness and habit formation. Treo newsletters, weekly tips and webinars really help to provide great, researched based information, that acts as a constant reminder to our employees about creating and maintaining healthier lifestyles. Treo provides a turn key solution for business and employee wellness professionals to provide their staff.
