We have been helping businesses with Affirmative Action planning and solutions since 1993.In 1967, President Lyndon B. Johnson introduced the concept of Affirmative Action. The policies set in motion were designed to assist minorities who were underrepresented in areas such as employment, education, and business.Shortly after, Ted Stephens, our founder, set out with a vision to assist businesses in accomplishing President Johnson’s goals.Today, we have created hundreds of Affirmative Action Plans, for scores of clients across the United States.
