Physician-first Care & Guidance is a new model of care delivery that meets a patient with a doctor in 60 seconds or less.

Our physicians support each patient uniquely and holistically, addressing their primary complaint and any additional care needs, gaps or concerns that may arise during the care encounter, across a 7-day window. Doctors have access to each patient’s health information, health plan and benefits, and in-network resources, and can deliver primary, urgent/acute, chronic, and/or preventative care services immediately and, longitudinally where appropriate, depending on what the patient needs when they show up.
Physician-first Care & Guidance is setting and solution agnostic. We seek to serve our patients, meeting their needs with the resources that work best for them. Our team of multidisciplinary, board-certified physicians and health coaches deliver care on-demand and provide guidance and support across benefit resources and care settings, including virtual, digital, and in-person care.
