Through our Benefits Routing navigation service, which includes live and digital routing, we guide members to the service or benefit in their benefits ecosystem best-matched to their needs. We take all opportunities to engage with members to explain their health plan benefits, guide to improved care, and ensure initial financial discussions are seamlessly routed to the appropriate clinical service. We build routing logic for each employer, with support from Included Health’s clinical team, to recommend the right benefit based on the member’s condition, insurance plan, geographic location, and more. Through our digital platform (mobile app or website), members can view a directory of all available benefits.
Members can also access benefits routing via our Care Team. We provide our Care Team with details on all member benefits, including those provided through your vendor partners, so they can educate members on all aspects of benefits, including plan eligibility, spending progress, and plan coverage support. This allows them to connect members with the appropriate benefit in your ecosystem at moments that matter.
