Our parent company, UPMC, searched for a vendor in 2003 to meet the needs of its then 34,000-employee workforce. Unable to find a solution with adequate employee self-service, we developed our own solution. The success of that endeavor led to the creation of the eBenefits platform in 2005, now used for the 89,000+ employees of UPMC. In addition to managing core and voluntary benefits, We provides a robust communication platform, supports payroll deductions, reporting, and other vital programs. With the eBenefits platform, employees have access to their benefits anytime, anywhere, and on virtually any device.
