Goodpath Mental Health provides whole-person care for behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, risky substance use and disordered eating, using a blend of conventional and complementary treatments. Care is delivered through the support of a dedicated health coach and tele-therapy sessions with a licensed mental health therapist when needed. Our pillars of care include psychotherapy (with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mind-body practices, nutrition, exercise and physical products (such as vetted over-the-counter supplements and devices).

Goodpath not only provides mental health care, but starts by identifying those most at risk. Goodpath helps employers understand their population and provides custom outreach to engage employees and get them into care.
