Overcoming U is a boutique well-being firm providing training & health education with a primary focus on behavior change. We provide four- and six-week courses to help employees overcome obstacles, create can-do mindsets, learn critical skill sets, and implement plans to improve their health and well-being.
Our courses are easily accessed from our dedicated learning management system creating a timeline for improved completion rates, structure for successful content retention, and accountability for those hard-to-reach employees.
Overcoming U offers seven individual courses that support employees to build healthier lifestyles. Topics include planning/shopping/cooking, healthier eating, stress management, overcoming emotional eating, resilience building, exercise programming, and financial well-being. Our Optional Office Hours let employees reach out to a health coach to get their content questions answered.
