Value Proposition – The Fourth Trimester NP Employee Assistance Program (EAP) improves workplace productivity and retention by supporting covered members during pregnancy and up to 1 year after delivery via telehealth. This includes meticulous care coordination, tracking of mood, coping, blood pressure, and other health metrics. We recognize that pregnancy and adoption of babies can be stressful and thus can interrupt workplace productivity. We aim to support the employee, and as a result decrease employer costs.
