Our mission is to provide your employees with realistic tools to help them manage stress and anxiety in and out of the office. Our evidence-based programs inspired by the likes of Harvard and Duke are tailored to your company’s needs and wellness goals.
Three main ways we connect: two online modules and lunch and learn sessions. Our online course options are module based learning designed to be completed anywhere from 12 weeks-12 months combined with live zoom meditation sessions, unlimited access to recorded programming, and an online community for individuals to find support. The courses allow your teams to track participation for incentive based programs or submitted to health insurance plans for reimbursement or other benefits. We are able to customize the offerings of the online programming to include additional resources such as office hours, in person coaching, additional zoom sessions, or email check-ins.
Our lunch and learn sessions are 1 hour in-person or zoom sessions focusing on how to integrate mindfulness and meditation onto everyday life in a meaningful and realistic way. The virtual content is recorded to share with members of the organization who were not able to participate.
