Our co-founders, Amy Laine is a mediator and former licensed nursing home administrator and Dr. Deborah Nichols is a trusted voice in behavior science with over 100 published professional articles. In 2021, SandwYch started Guided Group, a program for caregivers that want to support Aging in Place / independent living but needed guidance, support and data to understand the healthcare landscape and advocate to make the best decisions for their family.
